This thread is to share part numbers Honda parts clerks say don't exist. Either that or parts that folks don't know exist.

Some of this can be found in tsb's. Some is found by pure luck.

I'll start with connector pins. You can order entire kits with crimpers, heat gun and 10# of pins. Part numbers are listed in tsb-00-099. There's an accord one I'll post later for pins used in stuff like air bag connectors.

I bought the connector pin replenish kit for fixing the broken wires in the connector between the door and fender of my 97 SH.

Below is a list of sizes for each of the pins that come in p/n 13CNNA-3

^^ the list of items it comes with.

Dimensions are in mm
L = to point of crimp uninsulated portion from tip

# 001320A
L = 7
W=2
D=2

^^ # 001330A
L=12
W=3
D=2

^^ # 001350
L=11
W=3
D=2

^^ # 001360
L=10
W=2
D=1.5

^^ # 001370
L=7
W=2
D=1.5

^^ # 001380
L=9
W=2
D=3

^^ # 001400
L=8
W=6
D=4

Parts 001340 and 001410 are insulators.
001340 is 1mm ID x 4mm long
001410 is 2mm ID x 8mm long

^^ Mac Tools TCT111P
I'm using these to pinch the wires to the pins used in the door to car wire harness connector.

^^ Test crimp.
Left was via the Mac tool. Right is a factory pinch.

The balance shaft oil seal issue solved.

TSB 00-073 is the Honda way to solve the 94-97 issue. (Thanx for the tip pz member Jamie) Now I suppose the same part applies to 98+ motors as well.

More on the way. But work has me distracted and all things prelude are being purged to make room for all things spec books.

Honda did a stainless steel sleeve thing to the EGR inlet on Odysseys where an $85+ repair kit includes a segment of tubing to stop soot build up from happening. I researched a bit to find the size of said tubing, but struck out so far..
$80 for a short section of pipe is bogus, plus it don't fit our cars...

A thread with the TSB for those interested in trying their own version of the Honda fix.
