Thanks for the pics Jake!

Little update;

Ordered;

header skidplate
aerocatch locking hood pins
and a retaining plate so i don't need to use the aerocatch nuts

Header and exhaust is all on - full of exhaust leaks... but on.   The muffler is slightly crooked but i'm stuck with it now.

SMSP header -> 2.5" inlet SMSP cat w/ 3" outlet -> 3" exhaust pipe -> 2.75" inlet Greddy Evo2 muffler.   Couldn't do much about the Evo2 inlet size, that's the largest I could get the inlet without doing damage to the muffler and baffle within...

Just curious - why are you ditching the Corbeaus?

Title: Re: Wing's "Black Sheep" - 01base

because they feel like you're sitting on a bail of hay.

vvvvvv

[/quote]
because they feel like you're sitting on a bail of hay.

Pretty much sums it up nicely.

The back support is perfect, no complaints.   But during any drive over 30 minutes, it's unbearable.  The bottom is too stiff and flat - and without having an adjustable bottom like the stock seats have (or euro r accord seats) it gets really uncomfortable with my seized up ankle.

So I'll be getting my stock seat fixed and use that until I decide if I want to go through with buying Euro-R accord seats or not.

Update!

Car runs.  SO much smoother than it did before - i can only assume it's because the balance shafts are actually moving the way they're supposed completely ass backwards as they were found.

Still unsure about my timing belt tension.  So far i've had no solid answers on PZ.

Lower timing cover is pretty much shot.  Will probably end up buying a new one :(

So now that it runs, onto stage 2 but with another issue.  I can't install the AEM fuel rail with the stock fuel line and need a new one made.  But I can install the fuel pump on the next nice day.

So, deadline for the bay to be done (besides the abs issues) and everything together where I want it for the year is April 21st.

Euro-R crank pulley cleaned up and paint matched.   I forgot to take a before picture, it was BAD... so much rust...

Also, extended and heat treated header studs.

Fuel pump is installed.

Also hit 144,000 miles today - exactly 30k since I purchased the car, 3 years ago last month.

So I've only driven it 10k a year.... taking into consideration how many Prelude meets I attend.... I don't drive this car enough.

Title: Re: Wing's "Black Sheep" - 01base
Post by: Wing8806 on February 27, 2013, 06:07:05 pm
Ordered a new lower timing cover and drivers side seat base today.

$260 in the wrong direction....

Need to sell the Corbeaus and ADR's so i can put that towards the EMU.

Decided to hold off on injectors, as much as i'd like to just do them now and get it over with vs dealing with the install later on, but the funds just will not permit that + another dyno session.

So remaining purchases are in this order;

emanage ultimate
oil catch can
high a/c line
abs lines

later on;
mizu radiator
injectors

I probably have most of them from our past research XD   but they're all over, so yeah that would help.

Going to take the line and car up to my other uncles shop and see what he can do - he makes solid lines for classic cars apparently....worth a shot.

Can't make it to OBX due to other plans around that time of year, but I am planning on attending Skyline in the fall. By then I should have a few more things installed anyway.

I'll be there for sure, I plan the Skyline meets now until one of the VAPOA guys takes it over again (possibly Julian)

This years Skyline will be completely different from the past ones.  I noticed a big flaw in the previous ways it was planned and figured out a solution with Ogs on the way home last year.  ;)

As you know, VAPOA is totally in flux right now...really it seems like only Julian and a couple others are trying to keep it going. The only one from down there I've met is Elizabeth (bought my sunflowers from her) but she doesn't like me for whatever reason (I think part of it is that she thought I was hitting on her, but I was just trying to be friendly). I've tried to go to VAPOA meets but they always happen on weekends I work, so I'm trying to get a local Prelude thing going with a couple other guys near me (Puff and H_seriesous on PZ). We're working on a local meet for the 23rd so we'll see what happens.

With that out of the way...are you going to start at the Afton end of Skyline and head north to Front Royal instead of the usual way?  ;) Skyline's been on my list of roads to drive since I first got my 3rd gen, maybe even before that. I wanted to go last year, but I hosted an unrelated event of my own the week prior.

I plan to start from the meeting spot and head south on one of the highways vs taking the backroads.  Then hop on Skyline and drive that south to the campground (about a 45 minute drive).   I don't recall the roads exactly, i'd have to look them up.  But usually everyone wants to go on a spirited backroad drive (which gets everyone lost every year) and then nobody ends up going to Skyline due to drinking activities....

And don't worry about her, there's a lot that I could say but i'll refrain to on the forum ;)

I'm a roadgeek, so I'm very familiar with road names and numbers. I can even tell you the secret state route number for Skyline (state route 48) so if you need my help with any road-related things, I'm your man. I'll probably meet you guys at the meeting spot the day of, then when it's over take route 6 back to Richmond.

I have a sister that lives there. Her and her husband live just north of kitty hawk. They can hook ya up with the good places to eat, where the stripers are, waves, whatever. And whether to bring a consumer bottle of skeeter spray or a 55 gallon drum this year.

Well, besides the expense of having the engine bay painted and the car eventually tuned, this is what remains on my list;

purchase RC 550 saturated injectors
purchase mizu radiator
purchase catch can
purchase EMU

End result;   this goal of mine will not be met and the car will be lucky to make OBX.   I'm expecting to miss Tri-State and the show I was planning to attend in April.

However, If I can manage to sell the following.... I'll have a fighting chance with an unfinished bay

aem h22 fuel rail (red)
Corbeau A4 seats/rails
ADR cypher wheels (17x7)

heat soak?  no idea what you're talking about;

For anyone that is ever considering an EHPS conversion, this is PART of the wiring involved.  I had to dig into it in order to remove my oil pressure gauge and relocate it to my door.

Todays project almost complete, still have to run the oil pressure gauge wires into the door.  Previously it was mounted on the side of the center consul, but It no longer fits due to the stock seats being back in the car.

I've got some new ideas for the abs.  Original won't work - so onto plan B.

Just talked to the guy that's going to weld the bay, he's ready when I am.

Seems i'll have to do a de fouler trick on my cat since i'm getting a CEL for cat inefficiency.

Random gauge boxes - i've got too many empty part boxes laying around, so i'm just going to start trashing them as long as everything works properly (or in some cases, warranties are far out of sight lol)

Put my fuel stuff together today.  Need to have a fuel line made still before I dive into doing the IM gasket and fuel filter.  Would rather kill two birds with one stone and do it all at once vs doing the IM gasket now and then having to  go through hell for the fuel filter later.

Picked up 25' of brake line today.   Sidetracked onto another project yet again.....

Bay is still getting welded, but considering just doing a temp paint job for now due to the time restraints and available funds.  Injectors and EMU are next on the list, but I can only order one part the entire month of April.  So chances are i'll just get EMU and have everything tuned on stock injectors, then get a re-tune once I pick up some rc550's.

I plan to finish SOMETHING this week, more than likely moon cut the valve cover so I have access to my shiny Crower cam gears :D     The timing cover has been cut.

Title: Re: Wing's "Black Sheep" - 01base

rosko IM gasket
extended studs
nylon washers
fuel filter
fuel rail
fpr
fpr gauge

- all installed.   I've yet to attempt to start the car since I need to relocate a ground I had hidden under the IM as well as get some spacers for the IAB delete.

The sensor for the IAB was broken, so the valves never closed apparently....

Also.... I need a new knock sensor - found that cracked when I removed the IM.

No, I didn't use any liquid gasket at all.

After finding an easier way to remove the IM - I decided I can easily rip it out if I end up having any vacuum leaks and add liquid gasket then.  I didn't even tighten it to spec, just snugged them all up to see how it goes.  So far so good and no leaks after I put some miles and abuse on it.

With the most recent upgrades/maintenance - I noticed even more of a difference driving (no not just in my head).   My idle feels noticeably smoother than it did after I fixed the balance shaft issue - which I didn't think would be possible because it felt so much better after that!  Fuel filter emptied yellow fuel, and fuel rail emptied GREEN fuel...  injectors were clean so I slapped everything back in with new injector o-rings and no more fuel leak.

I'm also enjoying the loss of low-end power.  With the header/exhaust and loss of the iab plenum - the midrange is def stronger.  Overall it feels more enjoyable with everything I do.  The big piece of the puzzle will probably have me loosing traction in first though lol.

And it may not look it.... but my knock sensor is broken.   It's just sitting there- I noticed a crack in it while the IM was out and pulled it carefully, it slid right out.  So i just stuck it back in and it's tight....oddly.... and no CEL.  So I guess i'll order a new one and replace it when i drain the oil for the rear main/clutch/oil cooler o-ring.

Checked over the engine bay today - narrowed it down to 50 some odd holes that will be welded.  This WILL be done next Sunday since we couldn't find the welding blankets today....

Then I became sidetracked yet again and found more maintenance and misc stuff to order from Honda tomorrow;

clutch release bearing
knock sensor
IM plenum gasket
lower rad support
IAT sensor
heater core lines

- besides having my seatbelt recall done, I shouldn't have to order any more maintenance related items from Honda for some time now....unless I decide to dive into replacing the UCA's and lower ball joints when I install the ES bushings.

Ordered a catch can - ended up being on back order in the color I wanted (black) - so as soon as the return is issued i'm going to order;

Rosko TB gasket
Stop tech braided brake lines
spare Bosch wideband sensor

That will leave me with the remaining big hitters on the list to get ordered and installed by June...

Emanage Ultimate
Mishimoto catch can
RC 550 saturated injectors w/ conversion harness
Mizu radiator - eventually

Pulling the motor will be a weekend job since the brake lines need to be pulled and redone, may wait to do the clutch until it's out.   Ontop of relocating my harness, and finishing my A/C line (if the parts I ordered actually fit)

why premade brake lines?

Title: Re: Wing's "Black Sheep" - 01base
Post by: Wing8806 on April 08, 2013, 08:14:26 pm
It would cost about the same to have them made vs buying them pre-made.     So with the lack of time to run back and forth to Benz with Mike only being there one weekend a month (typically when i'm working)  I figured to just get those.  Then i'll have my stock lines to match up for custom if anyone wants a GB going for other members.

Well, time for an updated list of things I still need to purchase.  Ended up adding some things.

Parts to order;

k&n filter cleaning kit
intake tube
a/c line fittings
Honda lower IM plenum gasket
wheel center caps are a maybe since they're up to $25 each now...

ordered and waiting parts;

Mishimoto baffled catch can
RC550 saturated injectors w/ harness
Rosko TB gasket
mugen lugnuts - ICB

Parts sitting waiting to go in;

EMU
stoptech brake lines
Mizu radiator
low a/c line
a/c drier
knock sensor
oil cooler o-ring
distributor o-ring
clutchmasters stage 3 clutch
rear main seal
neuspeed strut bar
brake lines all around
lower rad support
heater hoses

wheels and seats are still for sale, i've had a few offers and people bail

The plan is to have most of the engine bay welded up by this weekend.

Then, the weekend of the 27th, i'll pull the motor and install all the misc stuff specifically motor related.  Followed by having the lower rad support swapped out and bay painted.  Then install the brake lines and toss it back together by May 4th.

May will be a busy and tight month, since I need to get injectors and EMU installed/tuned asap.  Should make it to Tri-State, and then have a few weeks in between that and OBX to get any other small things done.

Not always a bad idea.  I didn't attend any meets at all last year besides Skyline.  Funds and reliability did not permit so I kept it local (mostly parked).  Put maybe 5k on it all of 2012 :(

Better start saving for some good warm camping gear then ;)

I won't start the planning thread for Skyline until end of summer/sept time frame unless there's an issue or people get impatient again...  As of now i'm setting it up once again.

I'll need about a month's notice at worst. Since most of the VA scene is in Hampton Roads they tend to stay to themselves these days when it comes to meets.

Injectors - shipped
catch can - shipped
lug nuts - no idea where the hell they are.....

Found more stuff to add now that my engine won't be pulled for another 3 weeks (don't let me down D!)

k&n filter cleaning kit - shipped
fast idle valve blockoff - shipped

to order;

new intake pipe
intake elbow
brake MC gasket
lower IM plenum gasket
a/c misc parts to finish

Went crazy with the dremel today grinding the welds down.  (2) welds didn't cover completely, (4) I just can't get to atm with the dremel due to the stuff being in the bay still, and then 18 holes remaining to be welded (12 on cowl and 6 on drivers shocktower)

primered the spots I did knock down - the bay looks like a panda....

plan to change the clutch, rear main, and brake lines this upcoming weekend.  Really considering doing the ES bushings as well.... but not sure if I want to deal with that just yet

All remaining seals
brake fluid
power steering fluid
moog endlinks
broadway mirror - so Daryl doesn't kill me with the Wink on the way to any meets....
vibrant intake parts
a/c components
BIG por15 order - epoxy, bay rust preventive kit (for the welds), and por15 in a tube to seal the quarters in both my car and the project car
lugnuts

^^ should all be in my possession by next friday, most have already shipped out.

I can finally say that i've ordered everything.  Not a single thing left on my list - unless I need a new elbow for the intake.....

I use empty boxes for Christmas gifts. Kids think they're getting hamburger helper or a new car cover etc.

Jamie over at pz was describing how to create the circuit to fool the ecu into thinking the knock sensor was ok. It'll rid ya of that CEL  until you can find one.
Took me 3 months but I found a used one. It took 3 months to find one I suppose because if you have a spare you keep it lol.

Your car is coming along nicely. All I can say is... WOW well done sir.

Thanks man!

My knock sensor isn't throwing a code.  I just stuck it back in the way I found it, and it's not fallen out yet lol.

The local dealership stocks them, so I just stopped in and picked one up just in case.  The total bill I got with all these Honda orders is......excessive.....   to say the least :P

I'm in hopes to finish grinding all the welds and fill any imperfections with body filler.

Install new endlinks.

Install shock bushings.

Undercoat any accessible welds.

Seal quarter panels.

Install new lower rad support.

All (hopefully) by Sunday.  I work Saturday, so straight to the shop afterwards for a long day....

Well, of the last updated list of plans - only the braided brake lines got installed, thanks to the help of ogs.

Yesterday was a complete s**tstorm and waste of time.   Which screwed me big time with todays plans.  Ended up starting this around 1pm and was cleaning up by 9pm.  I don't EVER recommend anyone doing this on their own.  Hopefully I didn't stretch my shifter cables - they got caught on the rear mount, and my ps line got caught on the drivers mount....  those were the only mistakes but they can be pricy ones if I did damage.

Transmission was bone dry.  I had enough fluid to puddle the floor from the axles and that's it.  Pulled the drain bolt and NOTHING came out.  Had a little less than 3qt's of oil in the motor as well.  I had just done a full timing/oil pump etc maintenance a few months ago but hadn't filled it up with more than 5qts as its noted in the HELMS.  So that accounts for at most 1.5 missing qt's of oil.   The other .5 or so more than likely burned off while I vtec'd the s**t out of the car.... I hope....    compression is good so we'll see how that goes.

6 holes left to be welded and a crap tone to be ground down still.  Every single bolt is out of the bay - all that remains in it is the abs system and charcoal canister - since I need them both in to mock up other projects.

Tomorrow i'll pull the trans off and replace the rear main seal/install new clutch.  But won't reinstall the trans until I find someone to replace the leaking seal (i'm not willing to dive into that mess with what little time I have)

eh, you've all read enough - here are some pictures!

lugnuts
grill

Calipers would finish that combo off perfectly.  The next wheels need to be a nice silver color.

transmission seals arrive tomorrow - so trans gets dropped off wednesday

HOPEFULLY the lower rad support, 8 remaining holes and filler get at least started on tomorrow/wednesday.  I'll start the sealer first chance I get

rear main, and clutch by Friday at the least.  I'll probably start putting things together (if all goes as planned) sometime Sunday.  All depends if painting gets started by Thursday at the latest

Other 15?  I'm not quite following lol

They didn't cost $200 (thankfully)

$85+ shipping.  Started to bug out a little after a month had passed and I received no tracking info.  They're supposed to be black, but in person look to be more gunmetal.  Will look great with the grill I bought a month ago but never picked up lol

2 months and nothing has been done besides a/c ...

Things to do;

trial and error on a new set of hood shocks... this will be costly (shocks i used on the stock hood are too strong)
trial and error on a new set of trunk shocks (previous owner did the DIY, but removed them, long story)
finish relocating leftover harness' from engine re-install
firewall blockoffs
hood and trunk re-cleared or painted
silence the ESP radius rod noise

make hood/IM gaskets
remove broken bolt from tensioner
seal quarter panel "lip"
TUNE TUNE TUNE

prepare for a long winter with no daily.

I don't wanna hear your crap. :P That's a pretty healthy list, you really need to get those shocks in and on.

Unfortunately, whichever shocks I end up with - won't work for anything besides cf due to needing less pressure.

But I really am sick of having to hold both my trunk and hood open... or swapping around hood props etc :/

Maybe i'll get a new daily.  Insurance shouldn't be bad at this point :P

update;

Rear caliper was giving me issues when i changed the pads and rotors nearly 2 years ago, well it finally decided to go.

Ordered a re-manned caliper from Honda.  Now I need to order new rear pads.  Which means I "should" order new rear rotors.... despite my current have somewhere around 15-20k on them.  Front rotors and pads have roughly 35k and going - but show more than half the pad life still.

Since pads come in pairs, and i've already got one rebuilt caliper, guess I should just order the other and have both fresh with pads - and another setback with rotors occurs!

Besides that - the compustar has been giving me nothing but issues for a while now and finally bit the dust.  So i'll be needing to trace everything out and remove the unit followed by installing a better one.  - another setback.

Looking at some $600 in setbacks thus far before a tune.  - still need to remove and send out the front shocks for a rebuild as well.

Tint will be removed and inspection is due, so bit of a pickle right now with the car immobile.

Clutch pedal is scary soft despite it fully engages and disengages the slave cylinder.  There is no force pushing back - it just goes smoothly which I don't feel is right vs how it once engaged.  Mark up another master cylinder for the setback list - i have what appears to be a leak!

I have a set of 18's for the car now.  One needs to be repaired, the other 3 have some minor stone chips or small damage from improper tire mounting...   either way 2 need new tires and the one wheel that has damage has a good tire that needs to come off.  Undecided if I want to get all 4 new or not.

If i had a place indoors to properly strip the car down and do all the work i'd like done, this would be done PROPERLY by summer.  Without me wanting to re-do anything afterwards... otherwise piecing it together little at a time and doing maintenance has caused many setbacks.  Some of which i've not mentioned here yet.

Balljoints and front wheel bearings have yet to be touched on this car.  It's on the list of "eventually".    Need to do another compression test as well.  Smoke bothers me.

Happy New Year everyone!

New checklist:

remove tint
install rear rotors/pads
paint new calipers
install calipers
install ES bushings
send coilovers out for rebuild
repair wheels
purchase (2) new tires
alignment
paint hood and trunk
inspection
new master and slave cylinder

eventually get a tune...

I'd like to get at least that much done by the first of May.

Sidetracked.

Ordered a bunch of hardware.

caliper is waiting to be painted.

For those wondering - failed inspection 6 times.  7th time they got tired of the car basically lifting off in the rear from the front brakes catching so hard and just pushed me through...

I see tint removal on your list. In my mind it was size 18 font/bold.

Why tint removal?

I ask because I'm considering mild tint to the 97 rear windows.

Here, we're not allowed tint on the windshield, or front two windows unless we have the proper form filled out for a permit.

Many people just tint their windows and remove it for inspection, or have a doctor forge a permit form for DMV consideration.  - I can legally have mine tinted, but haven't bothered getting the permit....

Misc. hardware will arive Monday.  Fuel line parts and bypass will arrive thursday.  With some luck, i'll get the other caliper at least painted this week while it's in the 50's....

In Va we can tint some. Not limo dark but some. My mechanic told me but I didn't commit it to memory.

Trouble is several items I was contemplating are exactly what Elspectro wants to do to his car.
No tint for me.

Anyway, your masterpeice just keeps getting better n better.

There's always something different to do.  I've changed the way my car looks multiple times already.

stock
red fender washers
gold fender washers
black fender washers
burnt fender washers

ADR wheels
stock wheels
current wheels waiting to get fixed and tossed on

stock hood
carbon fiber hood
with and without hoodpins
next up will be semi painted hood/trunk

stock front seats
corbeau front seats

sub enclosure back seat
no back seat w/ blockoffs
stock back seat

spoiler and no spoiler

red calipers
gold calipers
blue calipers

35% tint
25% tint
no tint

I can keep going... options are only as limited as you want them to be.

Half of my ARP hardware arrived today.  As well as a bypass...

Remainder of the hardware should arrive monday, and tracking says fuel line parts will still arrive tomorrow.

Apparently I forgot to order one set of ARP hardware.  Already forgot the size/measurements so I'll have to dig up the bolt again and figure it out.  Probably won't order them for awhile now since I don't feel like paying the shipping twice so soon.

What if it's a car like mine, with a factory window tint?

If the car came with windows darker than 75% or something stupid - the windows will either have to be replaced or go through hoops to get it "legal".

There are not any everyday vehicles with factory tint below 75%, that i'm aware of at least.

VA has some strict exhaust and tint laws as well.  Just because the inspector doesn't bother you guys doesn't mean the cops won't have a field day.

You're right about the cops. They pull kids for license plate frames!!!
Meanwhile dummies run around jacked up 4' or with clear tail lights hassle free.

But our inspector sends the car out legal. A cop might harass, but any ticket would be thrown out if it's related to items that were on the car when Jimmy put the inspection sticker on it.
He made me remove the 'infidel' sticker in the far far corner of the front windshield. Didn't interfere with vision, but it wasn't legal.

So before I mod... I ask Jimmy.

Getting the other wheels on the car, and the hood/trunk painted are on the bottom of the list for now.

Everytime I make a list, I get sidetracked with something else.

Installing EMU this weekend.  Need to extend (2) small harness' and remove/swap the motor mount stud on the drivers side.

Then run more wires.... and move the catch can....

setback after setback

Hollow out the connector and solder new wires in.  Or get another plug/pigtails from a junkyard 'lude :P

Found oem part #'s here... checked majestic and new pins are 20ยข ea...

Weighing my options because I don't want this to happen again.

I considered drilling the connector and running the 20 (?) wires into the door and make either another terminal or 20+/- connections with male/female pins.. I think it's 20, but if not, no biggie, you get  the point.
Whatever I do needs to appear factory with the door panel on the car.

Yeah... So I had nothing but built up crankcase pressure that was blowing oil past the piston rings and out of the weakest seals.  Since i replaced everything.... just the piston rings had blowby LOL

havent done a compression test... I don't want to be disappointed by the results after driving 12 miles with this happening twice.  It's the same thing that would happen to anyone with a clogged pcv valve.  So it can't be that bad since the car still ran.

Issue is the tb gasket, it needs holes drilled out that are not there from Rosko-  this goes for any and all tb's.  There is a breather hole that needs to be open for air to pass through while at idle.

So... does one normally have to figure out that they need to drill their own holes? Or is this something specific to your engine?

Specific to my engine since I have a "different" inlet to mount the throttle body to vs most.  Simple mistake I should have caught much sooner...

Overdue for a photo update.  Soon.

Removed a LOT of packaging foam from the quarter panels, and dynamat from the outer side panels in the rear seat area.  Possibly 8lbs of mat and enough foam to fill 4 nicely sized pillows.

EDFC fully removed and tested.  Now up for sale.

curbed wheel is repaired and back (thanks again corey!)

car is tuned and back in my possession

Updated to do list;

replace window motors (have both, just need to install)
relocate iacv (temp mounted for tune)
paint front calipers (i'm screwed lol)

by friday....

They're the same mounts Mike just got.

I don't have a front from them - it's custom.

Only reason I'm selling them is because they need to be sent out for a warranty - i can't exactly remove my mounts and ship them out without having other mounts to hold the motor.  So i'm ordering another set.

Got a faulty bracket that caused it, the design has been altered since mine were purchased.  So i've got an old set.

^^ You could build a sturdy shelf and store it over top of Kennys car...

Building the shelf, figuring out how to get it up there and back down will keep you be busy for a while.

Or go the classic route:

Just ordered resin to fix bumper.

Next is to pull the front coilovers and ship them to TEIN asap for a rebuild.

Progress.

Even drip by drip progess is good.

About every 5th day I water house plants or freshen up the level of my aquarium via a 2 gallon bucket that is filled 1 drip at a time from a faucet I'm too lazy to fix.

Coil-overs removed and boxed last weekend, shipped this week.

Resin arrived today.

Now that i've been through the rough trial and error ways that is dealing with this stuff... I can put the supporting patches on the back side of the bumper (to be filled with fiberglass filler) and maybe get off my ass and make some exclusive one off parts again.

Nearly a year later.... I'm about ready to pull the motor again.

Between June and November 2015 - I stripped the entire underside of the car and coated it with POR15.  Replaced all of the bushings, balljoints, damaged bolts and wheel bearings.

After years of complaining, I recently got around to fixing the radio harness as well as the ignition harness.  Hardwired my gauges and properly wired up the JDM climate control.  Painted the dash support and installed some minor things such as a spoon shift knob and rearview mirror.

These past 4 months are the longest the car has ever been outside without the cover.  I feel like i've neglected it, despite doing some odd work here and there.

Since putting the fuel tank back, i've had a fuel smell.  Lines arrived to try and narrow down the source.  Main reason i've not had a cover on.

Custom fuel lines made - need to change one fitting due to not seating 100% (hopefully not damaging anything as it sits)

Motor is back in the car, balance shafts deleted.

Digital climate control finished (minus air mix motor installation) - but everything works as it should

Need to swap out the fuel pressure regulator for a new one i have and reinstall the JRSC - then go back for a retune.  Tires are needed as well....4 years on these is long enough

Can't wait to see what this does on the new tune.

Wife says in addition to finishing roosters room, we have to have a shed built or delivered, and the hardwood floors need to be refinished before I can work on the prelude again...
